Geekonia VR

We developed Geekonia for the Monge Foundation and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), an experience that combines virtual and augmented reality to strengthen soft skills in young people. The project was designed to better prepare them for new job opportunities through practical simulations and interactive environments.

The experience has been successfully implemented by more than 3,000 young people in the region, becoming an innovative training and employability tool.

Impact: An immersive solution with regional reach that promotes the development of key skills and improves young people's readiness for the world of work.
